The Liminal Practice

Begin Simply

For those who sense there may be another way to live.
Intentionality over Complexity.

Teaching & Coaching

Learning to Feel

Most of us were taught what to think, but never how to think.
How to behave, but never how to change.
We all know that we feel, but rarely do we understand why
or what to do with what we’re feeling when it shows up.
So we end up being driven by our emotions through attachment or avoidance, instead of learning how to notice where they come from, how they work, and what they’re actually trying to tell us.
We can either metabolize our experience,
or let it slowly cannibalize us.
Emotions don’t have to be mysterious.
They’re part of how we stay in contact with reality.
There’s a quiet intelligence inside your own life.
Learning to listen to it is a skill.

Music & Experiences

Feeling to Learn

Part of being human is seeking beauty.
Moments where we encounter something that isn’t easily described and maybe isn’t meant to be.
A concert. A piece of art.
A perfect bite of your grandmother’s cooking.
Watching the sunset with someone you love.
These are the moments that make life feel meaningful.
Our custom experiences are designed to immerse you in the senses creating a container for those experiences to happen.
They bring together art, relationships, learning, and a genuinely good time to create environments that are felt first and understood later.
From close friends to complete strangers,
the goal is simple: to create moments worth remembering
and let the experience be the teacher.

About Me

Hi, I'm Seth

I’m Seth Creekmore, but most folks call me Creek.
My work is shaped by a long attention to curiosity, especially the kind that lives in liminal spaces where easy answers break down and something more honest can emerge. I’m drawn to the in-between moments where sensation, emotion, and meaning are still forming, before they harden into certainty or story.
Across coaching, music, and conversation, I work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often overwhelmed. Not because they lack insight, but because insight alone hasn’t changed how they feel or how they live. I’m less interested in taking sides or offering frameworks than in creating conditions where people can slow down, notice what’s actually happening, and respond with greater care.
This work isn’t about optimization or self-improvement. It’s about learning to pay attention, especially to the subtle, embodied signals that shape how we make sense of the world and one another.
Everything here is offered as an invitation, not a system. Something to be tested in lived experience, rather than adopted as belief.

Testimonials

From Experience

Working one-on-one with Seth helped me reconnect with my body and emotions in a way I hadn’t before. Through his curiosity and presence, I learned to notice sensation, name emotions, and become more honest about my patterns. His patient and kind approach is genuine and disarming.
- Jordan

Seth is the kind of person who doesn’t flinch at the mess or the doubt. He doesn’t rescue or rush the pain, he stays present and unafraid of the full weight of the human experience. When I wanted quick answers, he offered better questions and steady presence. Because of our work, I’m more honest, less afraid of the shadows, and more grounded in what’s true.
- David, Director of Brand, Orb Aerospace

Seth is one of the most intentional people I know. Working with him feels safe, thoughtful, and grounded in genuine care. He creates space for both the difficulties and dreams of life, and his coaching and Enneagram insight are outstanding.
